Classes at The Reformery

Our mat and Reformer classes at are designed to be challenging, functional, approachable and fun.

You can always expect an athletic approach to Pilates, taught by our community of certified and thoughtful instructors.

With a regular Pilates practice, you can expect to feel improvements to your physical and mental health. Our classes will challenge your strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility.

All classes are open-level, and beginners are always welcome! Important things to know before your first class:

  1. Grip socks are required for reformer classes.

  2. If this is your first reformer class, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the equipment before class starts.

  3. We kindly ask that you notify your instructor before class if you are pregnant or have any injuries.

Class Styles

Reformery Sculpt Class

Reformer Sculpt

Our signature Pilates class. A challenging flow that can be easily modified for any fitness level. Taught with options for layers of difficulty, this class is great for both beginners and advanced clients. 

Reformer Power

A pilates workout with more strength building sequences including heavier springs, back platform, use of hand weights and lots of planks. Still accessible for Pilates beginners who are currently active.

Hot Mat Pilates

Like a sculpt class but taught in our separate mat studio, using just a mat and more props.

Most classes are HOT using infrared heat set to 90 degrees (Renew on the mat is warm, set to 80 degrees).

 25 minutes of mat followed by 25 minutes of a reformer sculpt flow.

Most classes are HOT for the mat portion of class, set to 90 degrees. 

Half Mat + Reformer

Perinatal Reformer

Taught by trained experts in perinatal fitness, classes are a welcoming community for moms to be, moms, and babies*. Build strength, including core strength, that prepares you for pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery. Appropriate for all stages of pre and postpartum.

The Studio

Our reformer studio is equipped with 10 custom-made reformers and a variety of props. The mat studio is a separate room featuring infrared heated panels, mats and props. Most classes are HOT using infrared heat set to 90 degrees (Renew on the mat is warm, set to 80 degrees).

Enjoy complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, filtered water, and eucalyptus towels. Experience classes in our two premium studios rooms - featuring custom, high-quality equipment.
