Class Formats
Classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge endurance, build strength and improve flexibility and mobility.
Beginners are welcome in all classes - your instructor will help offer modifications and progressions as needed. Please notify your instructor before class if you are pregnant or injured.
For reformer classes, grippy socks are required and available for purchase. Mats are provided for mat Pilates classes.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Clients who arrive 10+ minutes late will not be permitted into classes.
