Why The Reformery?
After living, taking and teaching in big cities across the country, co-founders Hannah, Amanda and Sarah met through a shared love of Pilates. We opened The Reformery because we wanted to bring something new to Rochester - from the equipment, class formats and studio experience.
Classes at The Reformery are challenging, accessible and fun. Our space, instructors and equipment are here to help you thrive no matter what your goals are; escaping for an hour, trying something new, working on your fitness or joining a community. We can’t wait to meet you and share our passion with you.

Infrared heat has many potential health benefits., while more research is needed, here are some potential benefits:
* Improved cardiovascular health: Infrared heat can increase heart rate and blood flow, similar to a moderate workout. This can help improve cardiovascular health and lower blood pressure.
* Pain relief: The heat can help relax muscles and reduce pain, especially for those with conditions like arthritis or muscle soreness.
* Improved circulation: Increased blood flow can help improve circulation throughout the body, promoting healing and reducing inflammation.
* Weight loss: While not a magic weight loss solution, infrared heat can help you sweat and burn calories.
* Skin benefits: The heat can help open pores and promote detoxification, potentially improving skin health and reducing acne.
Important note: While infrared heat can be beneficial for many people, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new wellness regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
